Your time is too valuable, your purpose is too great and your future is too bright to set the bar too low.
Chasing after things that have no eternal value is a complete waste of precious time. It is only when we immerse ourselves into all that God has created us to be, that we can’t wait to get up in the morning, and can’t afford to go to bed at night. It’s only when our earthly lives integrate with our heavenly purpose, that life becomes an adventure of faith.
I love my life. Not because it’s easy, but because it’s directed by God who created me. Only by knowing Him, do I know my purpose. And when I know my purpose, I begin to love life. During times when I feel down, He lifts me up. When I face hurdles, He carries me over them. When I face fears, He gives me His courage. When I feel lost, He shows me the way. There is no greater adventure than being a child of the One True King. The choice we all need to make is whether we are going to chase after things that have no meaning, or follow the One who has an exciting life of purpose in store for us. I choose to be an eagle who flies high and chases after a brilliant life.
If the stars were made to worship so will I. If the mountains bow in reverence so will I. If the oceans roar Your greatness so will I. For if everything exists to lift You high so will I. If the wind goes where You send it so will I. If the rocks cry out in silence so will I. If You left the grave behind You, so will I. If You gave Your life to love others, so will I.
