Walking circles around what matters is an everyday thing, when preoccupation of the opinions of others comes first!
Walking circles around what matters is a dangerous thing, which leaves us unfulfilled and dying of thirst.
When the things that matter are slowly washed away, down the vortex that leads to another wasted day.
We can clearly feel our lives simply slipping away, into a place – where nothing seems to matter.
So turn your face to heaven and see the Father’s love, looking fondly and invitingly on each one from above.
Gaze upon the wonders of the Cross and the sacrifice He made. Jesus has never left us. He has always stayed.
To give our lives meaning by sharing His Hope. To a world in need of love and peace and a way to simply cope.
I’m a poet and I don’t even know it… hahaha.
Let’s stop filling our lives with activities that have no eternal meaning. What’s the point of spending so much time on things that are temporary. Stuff and status are things that will end up in life’s sewer. Love and relationships with others, that reflect Jesus’ selflessness, are eternal and the only thing that we can do here on earth, that will fill that gap.
So let’s do some soul searching and do some spring cleaning. It’s time to throw out the junk that is cluttering our lives and replace it with love, joy , peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.
Have an awesome day!
